About us
People who understand water, technology that looks after it
We are Aguas SB, a Galician company that designs, sells and develops water technologies. We build treatment systems from 1 to 50 m³/h, one by one, with engineering rigour and the manner of people who know each customer by name.

From Galicia, a land of water, to the rest of the world
We were born and we work in Galicia, a land of rain, rivers and rias where water is part of daily life. From our site at Polígono Industrial Novo Milladoiro, in Ames (A Coruña), we design, develop and assemble our units.
That closeness to the source is also how we work: understand each customer’s real water — a well, a spring or a factory — before we propose anything. And when a unit travels far, it travels prepared: in the first installation we include the consumables, so distance is never a problem.

How we work
Behind every system there are people
We do not sell boxes. We study a specific water, we propose what that water needs, and we are still there after commissioning. These are the principles we do not negotiate.
A direct working relationship
Each project has names and surnames. We listen, we explain the options without needless jargon, and we stay with you once the system is running.
A commitment to water
Water is a shared resource. We design to treat it, reuse it and return it better than it arrived. Looking after it well is also looking after those who live from it.
R&D and in-house technology
We don’t only install: we develop
Aguas SB is not only an integrator. We develop our own treatment technology and we combine it according to each case’s water. We work with four technology families that we fit as pieces of the same puzzle.
Filtration
Multilayer filtration stages that remove solids, turbidity and particles according to the source water.
UV disinfection
Ultraviolet light to disinfect water without adding chemicals.
Advanced oxidation (POAC)
Advanced oxidation processes, of our own development, to degrade difficult contaminants in wastewater and industrial waters.
Electrolysis
Electrochemical treatment for cases that need a specific, custom solution.
Designing the technology lets us adapt it — not the other way round. That is why each Aguas SB system looks like its customer, not like a catalogue.
