2. Acceptance of the terms

Access to the website confers User status and implies the User’s full, unreserved acceptance of each and every condition in this legal notice.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All intellectual-property rights in the web domain and its contents belong either to the company or to third parties, so no User is authorised to use them, or to print or store them on any physical medium except for personal, private use; modification, decompilation or commercial use of any part is prohibited.

Use of the domain’s contents is authorised only for information and service purposes, provided the source is cited or referred to, the User being solely responsible for any misuse.

4. Minors

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

Disputes that may arise in relation to this domain shall be governed solely by Spanish law, submitting to the competent Courts of the province of A Coruña.

8. Product warranty conditions

The warranty does not cover: replacement or repair of parts caused by wear from normal use of the unit (osmosis membranes, carbon filters, sediment filters, resins, polyphosphates, etc.); damage caused by misuse of the apparatus or by transport; handling, modifications or repairs by third parties; faults or malfunction from a poor installation outside the technical service; improper use of the unit or working conditions other than those indicated; and the use of non-original spare parts or failure to carry out operating checks, at least annually, by Aguas SB.

Important: Aguas SB, S.L. cannot be held responsible for malfunction of the unit or for water quality if original spare parts have not been used.

9. Returns

Except in the circumstances set by law or by mutual agreement, returns will not be accepted once quotations have been accepted and the statutory withdrawal period marked by the applicable legislation has elapsed. In any case, a formal written request may be made, and the management of Aguas SB, S.L. will decide and communicate it in writing.
