2. Acceptance of the terms

Access to the website confers User status and implies the User’s full, unreserved acceptance of each and every condition in this legal notice.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All intellectual-property rights in the web domain and its contents belong either to the company or to third parties, so no User is authorised to use them, or to print or store them on any physical medium except for personal, private use; modification, decompilation or commercial use of any part is prohibited.

Use of the domain’s contents is authorised only for information and service purposes, provided the source is cited or referred to, the User being solely responsible for any misuse.

4. Minors

To access the information on the website and use the services offered, minors must first obtain permission from their parents, guardians or legal representatives.

5. Content and links

Data, texts, information, graphics or links published on the site are compiled for information only; access does not create a commercial, contractual or professional relationship between Users and the company. If the information on the website differs from that on paper, the paper version prevails. The company reserves the right to change the domain’s contents without prior notice.

6. Proper use and liability

The User is strictly prohibited from introducing any kind of virus into the web domain, and from attempting to access its data, modify them or access email accounts or messages. The company does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, reliability, correctness or morality of data, programmes, information or opinions circulating on its network or on networks the User may access through the site. The User assumes sole responsibility for the consequences, damage or actions that may arise from access to those contents, and from their reproduction or dissemination.

The company shall not be liable for infringements by any User that affect the rights of another User or of third parties, including copyright, trade marks, patents, confidential information and any other intellectual or industrial property right. The company will use the civil or criminal actions provided by law against any improper use of its web domain.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

Disputes that may arise in relation to this domain shall be governed solely by Spanish law, submitting to the competent Courts of the province of A Coruña.

8. Product warranty conditions

The warranty does not cover: replacement or repair of parts caused by wear from normal use of the unit (osmosis membranes, carbon filters, sediment filters, resins, polyphosphates, etc.); damage caused by misuse of the apparatus or by transport; handling, modifications or repairs by third parties; faults or malfunction from a poor installation outside the technical service; improper use of the unit or working conditions other than those indicated; and the use of non-original spare parts or failure to carry out operating checks, at least annually, by Aguas SB.

Important: Aguas SB, S.L. cannot be held responsible for malfunction of the unit or for water quality if original spare parts have not been used.

9. Returns

Except in the circumstances set by law or by mutual agreement, returns will not be accepted once quotations have been accepted and the statutory withdrawal period marked by the applicable legislation has elapsed. In any case, a formal written request may be made, and the management of Aguas SB, S.L. will decide and communicate it in writing.

10. Terms of use of Artemisia

“Artemisia” is the Aguas SB artificial-intelligence assistant, available on this website and, through a connector, in third-party assistants (Claude, ChatGPT and others). Using it means accepting these terms:

• General guidance. It answers with the information published by Aguas SB to give guidance on water treatment. It is not professional, technical, legal, health or medical advice, and it does not replace the analysis of your water or a technician's study.
• No performance commitment. The figures, estimates and simulations it offers are indicative. Any performance, price or lead time is set in writing in a quotation or study, after the analysis and, where appropriate, a trial with your water.
• Limits of use. Do not enter personal, confidential or third-party information into the assistant. Aguas SB may limit the number of queries and suspend the service for maintenance or abusive use. The assistant does not send requests or contract anything: the study request is sent by the person from the contact form.
• Connector in third-party assistants. When Artemisia is used from Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant, the terms and privacy policy of that provider also apply. Aguas SB only receives the query and answers with published information.
• Log. Questions and answers are kept for twelve months without personal identifiers, as described in the Privacy policy.
