Tests, pilot trials and hire: we check on your water before we sell a unit
A signed performance commitment on a poorly characterised effluent ends in a claim. That is why the ordinary path is laboratory test → pilot → design, and that is why we offer hire of pilot or full systems when the investment has to wait for the result.
From the sample to the final unit
1 · Laboratory test
Preliminary: advanced-oxidation tests on your sample to know whether the electrochemical route is the right one and which parameters are worth measuring. Extended: series of tests at different currents and cycles to fix achievable targets and associated consumption. If you do not have an analysis, the test supplies it.
2 · Pilot trial on your site
A pilot system installed on your site, working with your real effluent and your production regime for the agreed time. It serves to validate in real conditions what the laboratory indicated and to size without oversizing.
3 · Hire of pilot or full systems
In Spain we hire out pilot systems and full systems when the investment has to wait for the result or the need is temporary (campaign, WWTP shutdown, works). For export we work only in direct sale; if the customer needs renting or leasing, a local finance house can buy the unit and lease it.
4 · Intervention in critical situations
When a WWTP is overloaded, there is a toxic slug discharge or a campaign multiplies the load, we step in with advanced-oxidation units to recover the plant and buy time until the final solution.
The data sheet that makes a serious proposal possible
- Average and peak flow rate
- Hourly and seasonal regime
- COD and BOD₅
- Suspended solids
- Oils and greases
- Conductivity, pH and temperature
- Required outlet quality
- Process and discharge point
Without volume and hourly regime, performance cannot be calculated: the number of recirculation cycles comes from the unit’s flow, operating hours and the volume to treat. And without pretreatment (screening, grit removal, coarse grease separation) no performance is demandable.
How the decision is made
- Test on your sample → report with observed reduction per cycle and consumption.
- Proposal technical: configuration, power, cycles and achievable targets, in writing.
- Pilot or hire when you need to see the system working with your real water.
- Final unit sized with data, not a catalogue; advice on installation, commissioning and fine-tuning.

The concrete scope (parameters, series, duration and model) is closed in the offer, and the test fee is deducted from the order if the project goes ahead within the validity of the offer.
