Closed loopIn an aggregate plant water is an expensive consumable: it clouds at once, carries fines and the pH rises. We design units from 1 to 50 m³/h to cut suspended solids, correct pH and send the water back to the wash plant instead of throwing it away.
The aim is not a handsome unit in a corner: it is that the water returns to the wash plant in condition and the site stops depending on rain and the tanker.

A sample of the wash water and a jar test: which coagulant and which flocculant work with your fines, at what dose and at what pH.
An online probe and corrector dosing to bring the water into the range where flocculation works and the plant can run.
Reagent make-up and dosing in proportion to flow, with a mix chamber and gentle flocculation to form a settleable floc.
Clarifier or thickener, return of clarified water to the wash plant, and sludge out to a pond or to dewatering as convenient.
Dose adjustment on site, operator training and a consumables plan, with first-installation consumables included.
Technical caution. Discharge limit values and reuse conditions are set by the specific permit of each site and the competent river-basin authority. We design the unit for the target your permit or your process sets, not for a generic brochure figure: that is why we always start with a test on your own water.

Almost always yes. The usual pattern is to use the pond as storage or as a sludge buffer and add pH control and dosing in front, which is where the performance jump sits.
It depends on the material and the fines load; that is why we do not give a figure without a test. After the jar test we deliver an estimated consumption per m³ so you can cost the operation.
Yes: dosing is proportional to flow and pH is corrected to a setpoint, with alarms for reagent level and for a reading out of range. The operator supervises; they do not dose by hand.
