A proven method: from water diagnosis to support

At Aguas SB we do not sell loose units. We design the solution from your real water and we stay with you in each phase: diagnosis, prior engineering, installation and support, for systems from 1 to 50 m³/h.

What we do in each phase

Each phase has a clear aim and ends in something tangible for you.

Phase 01
01

Diagnosis

Understand your water and your aim

Everything starts with the data. We look at where the water comes from, what it contains and what you will use it for. Without that starting point, any unit is a bet.

What we do

  • We identify the source: well, spring, mains, industrial process or discharge.
  • We review the parameters that matter in your case: turbidity, pH, hardness, iron and manganese, organic matter, microbiology, chlorine or suspended solids.
  • We define the intended use: drinking, process, reuse or discharge.
  • We estimate the working flow within the range of 1 to 50 m³/h.

Deliverable. A clear picture of your situation: what the water contains, what you need to achieve, and with what margin it can be done.

Phase 02
02

Design

Custom design, no puff

With the diagnosis on the table, we design the treatment train. We choose each technology for what it adds to your case, not from a catalogue.

What we do

  • We select the right combination: combined advanced oxidation — electrolysis and electrocoagulation, hydrodynamic cavitation and Venturi aeration —; filtration and ultraviolet (UV) disinfection when the goal is drinking-water quality.
  • We size the system to your flow rate and your starting water quality.
  • We study the physical fit: space, connections and integration with your plant (or as an add-on to a WWTP).
  • We prepare the technical documentation of the proposal.

Deliverable. A technical proposal you can follow: what is installed, why, and what reasonable result you can expect.

Phase 03
03

Installation support

Commissioning and fine-tuning

We advise on installation and carry out commissioning and fine-tuning. The first installation includes consumables to start with a margin, also on international shipments.

What we do

  • We supply the unit to the approved design.
  • We coordinate logistics, with national and international shipping.
  • We advise on assembly and connection, and we carry out commissioning and fine-tuning.
  • We adjust and calibrate dosing and measurement, and we deliver consumables with the first installation.

Deliverable. A system installed, calibrated and running, with start-up consumables included.

Phase 04
04

Support

Aftercare and consumables

A water-treatment system is not installed and forgotten. We stay with you so it keeps performing over time.

What we do

  • We answer operation and maintenance questions.
  • We supply spare parts and consumables when you need them.
  • We advise you on preventive maintenance of the system.
  • We work under an ISO 9001 certified quality-management system.

Deliverable. One technical contact who knows your plant and answers.

On how we work

What do you need from me to start?

The source of the water, what you want to use it for and, if you have them, prior analyses. With that we start the diagnosis; if needed, we tell you which samples to take.

Are the systems custom or off the shelf?

Custom. We start from your diagnosis and size the solution to your flow rate and water quality, within the range of 1 to 50 m³/h.

Do you work outside Spain?

Yes. We ship internationally and include the consumables needed in the first installation.

Can you add on to an existing WWTP (EDAR)?

Yes. Advanced oxidation (POAC) can act as an add-on to a WWTP (EDAR) to improve treatment.

How long does the process take?

It depends on the scope of the project. After the diagnosis we give a realistic timetable in the technical proposal; we do not promise dates before we know your case.
