Chlorine and pH under control, from intake to tap

We design and install continuous dosing and measurement equipment so residual disinfectant and pH stay stable in tanks, small networks and industrial plants. Systems from 1 to 50 m³/h, matched to your real flow rate and your water.

Benefits

Control that holds, day after day

Disinfection works when the dose follows demand and pH is in the right place. That is done with continuous measurement and a pump that works in proportion to flow rate, not by eye.

Dose proportional to flow rate

The dosing pump takes the signal from the flowmeter and the sensor: more demand, more dose; less demand, less. Chlorine taste peaks and troughs at peak hours stop.

Closed-loop control

Continuous, traceable measurement

Free residual chlorine and pH probes with continuous reading and a value log. An ordered history makes self-monitoring easier and answering any inspection easier.

Data logging

Alarms before the problem

An alert on low reagent, a reading off setpoint, or a probe fault. The aim is that nobody discovers the incident from the taste of the water.

Local and remote alert

Lower reagent use

Dosing just enough avoids over-use of hypochlorite and pH corrector. The saving shows most on sites with a highly variable flow.

Dose matched to demand

Compact mount

A panel or skid pre-assembled and wired in the workshop: it is installed in a pump house, tank room or plant room with little space and clear connections.

Pre-assembled panel

Support and consumables

We deliver the unit with first-installation consumables (tubing, membranes, probe kit) and a clear calibration plan. Also on international shipments.

Predictable maintenance
How it works

From analysis to the control loop

No two waters are the same: the dose depends on chlorine demand, alkalinity and the contact time available. That is why we always start by measuring.

Water diagnosis and dosing point

Lab analysis de partida (pH, alcalinidad, hierro y manganeso, materia orgánica), flow rate punta y punto de inyección disponible.

Equipment sizing

We choose pump, probes, controller and reagent volume according to your flow rate (1 to 50 m³/h) and the contact time in the tank or network.

Installation and calibration

Installation of the panel, probe holders, reagent bund and chlorine and pH calibration with standards and a check against a reference method.

Commissioning, training and maintenance plan

Setpoint adjustment, staff training and a calendar for calibration and consumable replacement, with first-installation consumables included.

Typical components

  • Electromagnetic dosing pump with a signal input (flow or mA)
  • Free residual chlorine probe and pH probe with a continuous-flow probe holder
  • Controller with setpoint, alarms and logging outputs
  • Reagent tank with bund and level probe
  • pH correction (corrector dosing according to the starting water)
  • Optional: on-site hypochlorite generation by brine electrolysis

Technical caution. Royal Decree 3/2023 sets the health criteria for drinking water, including the parametric pH value (6.5–9.5) and the duty to control residual disinfectant. We design the unit to hold the setpoint that belongs to your plant and your self-monitoring programme; the supply operator remains responsible for compliance.

Who it serves

Where we install it

Any point where water is disinfected and someone has to answer for its quality.

Tanks and small networks

User communities, developments and settlements with their own intake: dosing at the tank inlet and control at the outlet.

Food and beverage industry

Process and wash water with stable disinfection and a log for the self-monitoring plan.

Hotels, campsites and hospitality

Sites with highly variable demand between high and low season, where fixed dosing does not work.

Farms and livestock

Animal drinking water and wash-down from a well, with pH control to protect pipes and equipment.

Well water at a house or holding

A natural add-on to a drinking-water unit: first it is treated, then the residual is guaranteed.

Existing plant

Replacement or automation of manual dosing already installed, keeping whatever is worth keeping.

Frequently asked questions

Before you ask for a quote

What data do you need to size the unit?

Water source, approximate peak flow, tank volume, a recent lab analysis (or the last one available) and the point where you can inject. With that we can propose a configuration; if analysis is missing, we advise on it.

Does it work on well water with iron or manganese?

Dosing alone does not solve iron, manganese or turbidity: those parameters consume disinfectant and foul the probes. In those cases we propose a filtration stage first, then chlorine and pH control.

How often do the probes need calibrating?

It depends on the water and the use. The usual pattern is a periodic check against a reference measurement and a calibration with standards on maintenance visits. At commissioning we leave the calendar in writing.

Do you install outside Galicia?

Yes. We work throughout Spain and ship internationally, with first-installation consumables included so you are not dependent on an urgent shipment at start-up.
